Who are we
The driving force behind this competition is Eric Geboers. He is supported by a team of well-motivated workers who are ready to make a success out of the 4th competition in Lommel. In the past the same team was responsible for the organisation on the historical citadel van Namen.
Gp Limburg mostly wants to promote the Belgian motorsport, this by means of an organisation which brings more than just a competition. For this end we program all sorts of activities to enhance the economic and touristic side of the organisation, and meanwhile motorcross gets in the picture.
The organisation is also carried by three very important institutional partners: Topsport vlaaderen, The province of Limburg and the city Lommel. Together with these three partners gp limburg actively helps converting the city's motorcross terrain into a true GP-arena to prepare the largest motorcrossevent in the world: the motorcross of nations in 2012
